2015 Strategic Management Plan

The Strategic Management Plan (SMP) is one of TIP's core operational documents. The purpose of the SMP is state specifically what TIP's goals and objectives are, and what actions we will take to achieve them. 

The 2015 Strategic Management Plan was approved by the Steering Committee on May 19th 2015.
